Learn more about Level 2 Training in this free sample lesson, designed to give you a chance to meet Richard Miller, iRest Institute's Founder and get a preview of the level 2 curriculum. He will present the elements that make iRest trauma informed and some of the latest updates on the neuroscience that informs the practice.
You can expect a live online, hour-long session that will provide you with a brief level 2 lecture, a guided practice, and time for Q&A.
