AnchorHow do I access the files I purchased from the iRest Institute online store?

  1. Check that your file(s) are available in your iRest.org account.

    • Login to your account by clicking "Log in" at the top right of the iRest.org homepage. (If you are already logged in, you will instead see “Log Out” and “My Account.”)

    • Once logged in, click on "My Account" and then click on the "Files" tab.

    • You should see the files available for access there, click the title of the one you want.

    • This will take you to a page with all available product files, each available as an individual media player (horizontal bar with a play button). In the case of MP3s, you can either stream the audio right on the page, or download it to your device. See the topic below for instructions on how to download the MP3 audio files.

  2. If you do not see your file(s) listed:

    • Check your email inbox (including your spam folder) to make sure you received a receipt from iRest Institute.

    • If you did not receive an emailed receipt, it is possible your transaction may have failed to process. You may wish to double-check your credit card information, including your billing address and retry again.

    • If you did receive an emailed receipt, please contact our office at info@irest.org for support and forward us your receipt. 

  3. If you purchased products on Amazon, CDBaby, Vimeo, Sounds True, or Yoga International, please contact their customer service centers for any technical support needs.


AnchorHow do I download the files to my computer and add them to another media player?

First, make sure you can access your file(s) in your iRest.org account. If you need help accessing your account, see #1 above in “How do I access the files I purchased from the iRest Institute online store?”

For Mac users:

  1. Download each individual audio file from your account by clicking on the three vertical dots at the far right of the media player for each file. There you should find an option to download.

  2. Open a Finder window and locate the files most likely added to your Downloads folder. Select all and choose to Open. The default app will likely be your Music/iTunes app, where the files should be automatically organized together into a single album and artist.

For PC users:

  1. Download each individual audio file from your account. 

  2. Open the File Explorer and locate the file(s) within your Downloads folder. Right click each file, and select “Add to Windows Media Player list”. 


AnchorHow can I download these files directly to my mobile device?

Most devices will allow you to download these files. Please keep in mind that mobile devices most often use WIFI to download content. If your WIFI connection is interrupted, you may need to start your download over from the beginning. 
 
Also note that older iDevices (iPhone, iPad, etc.) may not allow you to download files from websites. In this case you must download to a computer, open the files in the Music/iTunes app, and then sync it with your iDevice. 


AnchorHow do I open a PDF file after purchasing?

  1. Log into your account at iRest.org and click on “My Account” and then the “Files” tab.

  2. Locate the file you recently purchased and click on it to open the product page.

  3. You will then see a link to the file. Click on the file link. 

  4. Some browsers will automatically download the file at this point, and others will open it in a new browser tab or window where you can view and navigate the file. If your browser opens up a new tab or window, locate the download icon and click to download the file. This icon typically appears as an underlined downward arrow and is often located in the upper right corner of the window.

Most computers have a free PDF viewer already installed, but if needed, you may wish to download and install the free version of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.

AnchorHaving trouble checking out of the iRest Institute store?

The checkout button appears on the left sidebar of the website about halfway down, scroll down to look for it and begin the checkout process. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. International orders are accepted - simply select your country from the list. All our orders are processed safely and securely through Authorize.net on an encrypted SSL connection.
