This Level II Training is designed to provide you with a deeper understanding of the principles underlying the theory, practice, and delivery of iRest Yoga Nidra. Schedule: October 11-14, 2018
- Thursday, October 11: 7:30-8:30 AM check-in, 8:30 AM-12:30 PM program, 12:30-2:00 PM lunch, 2:00-6:00 PM program
- Friday-Saturday, October 12-13: 8:30 AM-12:30 PM program, 12:30-2:00 PM lunch, 2:00-6:00 PM program
- Sunday, October 14: 8:30 AM-12:30 PM program, 12:30-2:00 PM lunch, 2:00-5:00 PM program
Pricing: $1495 CAN (plus GST) until July 1, 2018. $1595 (plus GST) therafter.
