The Deep Heart

iRest Webinar

with Richard Miller and John Prendergast

The Deep Heart Webinar

In this lively interview webinar, iRest Founder Richard Miller engages John Prendergast in conversation around his latest book, The Deep Heart. The deep heart is Prendergast’s term for the subtle center of emotional and energetic sensitivity, relational intimacy, profound inner knowing, and wholeness found within our hearts. Prendergast’s experiential guidebook offers precise and potent meditative inquiries to help you open your heart, see through your core limiting beliefs, and discover the true nature of your being.

The Deep Heart is a beautifully written and masterful book that eloquently shows us how to recognize and embody our essential wholeness in everyday life. Both profound and practical, this seminal work reveals the road we all must travel to embody our potential as fully alive and authentic human beings. A must-read!

John J. Prendergast, Ph.D., is a spiritual teacher, author, psychotherapist, and retired Adjunct Professor of Psychology at CIIS. He and Richard have been close friends since 1983 when they met and began studying with their spiritual teacher, Jean Klein, and subsequent studies with Suzanne Segal and Adyashanti. They both share a deep love for the integration of nondual wisdom teachings and psychology in their practice and teachings.
