Join Richard Miller, founder of iRest Institute and developer of iRest Yoga Nidra Meditation in this online program, Befriending Emotions, showcasing simple yet powerful approaches for flourishing indestructible resilience and well-being while responding to challenging times and difficult emotions and thoughts.

During this 4-module online course, you will learn how to access your innate equanimity, joy, and well-being. You will also engage in practices for nourishing self-love, self-kindness, and self-compassion that will help you to feel whole and at home in yourself and with all of life, with the ability to respond to whatever circumstance may arise within and around you.

Richard has taught these practices to thousands of people around the world, from all walks of life who have often lived and suffered through horrendous ordeals, helping them heal and thrive in their lives.

The insights and practices you’ll be learning are designed for you to take into every moment of your daily life and relationships, so you can meet and respond to every challenge you face from a place within yourself of grounded security, equanimity and well-being.
