This iRest Yoga Nidra Immersion fulfills the short retreat requirement of the iRest Certification Program.

Yoga Teacher and Therapist
My exposure to yoga and meditation began intensively while I was living, studying, and working at a yoga ashram from 1988 to 1992. I have been teaching yoga since 1990, and my teaching of yoga has always been oriented to meditation in movement: using yoga practice as an opportunity to return to a felt sense of connection with ourselves in the body, and sinking into the discovery of our own inherent depth, wisdom and beauty.
I discovered iRest Yoga Nidra in 2010 and fell in love with it. iRest offers a beautiful and direct way to connect deeply with our own sense of inner wholeness and well-being. From this simple and grounded connection with our deepest nature, we then can meet, welcome, and lovingly attend to any parts of ourselves where we feel conflict or difficulty. This brings insight, healing and empowerment.
My journey and passion has long been to discover and live from a true spiritual depth within, and to allow that connection to support deep healing and transformation in the quality and experience of my life. iRest Yoga Nidra is ideally suited to support both of these fundamental quests. In my work with groups and individuals, the emphasis is on creating an environment where healing, clarity and inspiration can emerge naturally from within.
I am blessed to live here in the beauty of Marin County where I offer both private sessions and classes in iRest Yoga Nidra.
