Fuyuko Sawamura-Toyota is a certified iRest® Senior Trainer, Retreat Leader and Supervisor/Mentor. For the past 22 years she has been deeply committed on the path of Yoga and ancient Non-dual wisdom. She is a certified Senior Hatha Yoga teacher (Yoga Australia) and Yoga Therapist (IAYT) as well as a registered Meditation Teacher (Association of Meditation Australia) .
She incorporates iRest and Self-Inquiry in her teachings of Yoga, Somatic body awareness and meditation at her yoga studio “Prema Yoga” on the Gold Coast, Australia and internationally.
In 2007, Richard Miller, her spiritual mentor, brought to Fuyuko a deeper awakening. From a life of ever deepening joy, astonishment and Stillness, a heartfelt desire to share these precious teachings is her recognised Dharma.

Leigh Blashki is a Certified iRest Teacher and iRest certification supervisor and mentor and is an Associate Director of iRest in Australasia. He was the Founder of the Australian Institute of Yoga Therapy and has been teaching yoga and meditation for over 40 years and practiced yoga therapy for nearly 25 years. In recent years he has developed a reputation as a leader in the fields of meditation, Yoga, Yoga Therapy and the teaching of well-being.
He has post-graduate qualifications in Health Sciences and Yoga Therapy , under-graduate qualifications in Counseling, Human Performance, Massage, Nutrition, Yoga and Ayurveda. Leigh is a member of the advisory Council of the International Association of Yoga Therapists and was past-President of Yoga Australia.
Leigh was drawn to iRest® for its ability to underpin holistic well-being and now uses it as the framework for all his workshops, consultations and teaching.
While the decades have provided him with a wide range of conditions and situations with which clients and students have presented, Leigh has a strong interest in assisting those seeking help with anxiety-based challenges, relationship issues and emotional and spiritual well-being in general.
Leigh has also been fortunate to be able to have assisted at a number of L1 and L2 iRest training courses. In 2013 and 2017 Leigh was conferred a Presidential Award for “extraordinary service to the field of yoga therapy” by the Board of the IAYT.
