At Home Resting in Stillness: The Transformative Power of Meditation—Livestream Retreat

May 11—16, 2021

Livestream

Description

The heart of meditation teaches us skillful means for recognizing our innate wholeness, trusting our innate heart wisdom, and responding to each moment of life. Meditation can awaken in us a  transformation when we go beyond our limiting beliefs and embrace our ordinary human life.

This five-day retreat with Senior iRest Trainers Ford Peck and Nöle Giulini invites you to awaken to all that is direct, beautiful, undeniable, and ever-present, yet so often ignored because of its simplicity. We can learn to end the searching. We instead discover unshakable peace, resilience, well-being, love, and joy regardless of our circumstance.

During this retreat you’ll engage with the teachings through both silent and guided meditation, iRest Yoga Nidra teachings, BodySensing movement and BreathSensing, self inquiry, and interactive dialogue. Please join us to experience deep relaxation and the realization of your  ever-present indestructible peace and well-being.

Explore:

  • Recognizing your essential wholeness
  • Seeing through limiting beliefs and emotions
  • Uncovering true heart wisdom
  • Traversing the layers of ego, soul, and universe
  • Deepening intimacy with yourself and all of life
  • Integration of these skills into your daily life
