The Art and Science of Yogic Meditation – Nondual Wisdom Teachings for Enlightened Living

Meditation invites you to awaken to your wholeness, to what is undeniable yet often ignored because of its simplicity. Using guided iRest® yoga nidra meditation, silent sitting, interactive dialogue, and gentle movement and breathing techniques that impart deep relaxation, Stephanie Lopez presents nondual wisdom practices that reveal your essential nature.

The teachings of iRest meditation incorporate principles of Sankhya, Patanjali, Advaita, and Kashmir nondualism. Learn a transformational practice that promotes health, healing, resilience, well-being, and awakening at all levels of your humanity in this program, which includes:

  • A comprehensive map for every stage of meditation.
  • Practices that support healing of the limiting core beliefs and life issues you bring to meditation.
  • The neuroscience of meditation.
  • How to integrate meditation into daily life.
