iRest Workshop

March 16–17, 2019

Los Angeles, CA

This workshop begins with showcasing Direct Path Teachings that enable you to recognize and experience within yourself “This” that is already and always whole, healthy, healed and perfect, just as it is—just as you are—so that you can then pass this recognition on to your clients and students. With this realization in place, this workshop will then showcase Progressive Path Teachings that you can utilize to then help your clients face what is in need of healing—aspects within their body, mind, emotions, and beliefs that underlie whatever condition they’re bringing into your office for healing.

Richard will present in-depth direct and progressive teachings drawn from the wisdom traditions of Samkhya, Patañjali, Advaita and Kashmir Śaiva Nondualism. These teachings form the basis of the research-based Integrative Restoration - iRest® Yoga Nidra Meditation program that Richard has developed over the past 49 years. He will present iRest Yoga Nidra Meditation as a comprehensive program for promoting health, healing, resiliency, well-being and awakening to our most Essential Nature.
