In this four-week, livestreaming program, learn to befriend and navigate your feelings, acquiring tools and practices that have evolved from both yogic wisdom and Western psychology. With the expert guidance of Richard Miller and iRest Meditation techniques such as BodySensing, BreathSensing, and meditative inquiry, learn to transform emotional turmoil into an unbreakable sense of well-being.
This program will help you:
