I offer classes, private sessions, workshops & retreats, and trainings that help people connect with their deepest, wisest self.
I work with anyone from those looking to find a general sense of harmony within their lives to people seeking relief from a specific condition and therapists wanting to broaden their skills set.
The practices I work with are transformative, helping you to live free from fear, break out of negative thought processes and emotional cycles, and ease physical discomfort.
My work is born out of traditional yoga, meditation and relaxation techniques, and uses modern research-based methods proven to reduce depression, anxiety, insomnia, chronic pain, PTSD and chemical dependency.
