This non-residential urban retreat is facilitated by evidence-based senior iRest Yoga Nidra® trainer, Fuyuko Toyota.

The mini urban retreat proposed schedule:-

Friday 31st May: 7 – 9 pm
Saturday 1st June: 1:30 – 5:30 pm
Sunday 2nd June: 9:30 am to 1:30 pm
