Learn the essentials of iRest yoga Nidra Meditation in this 6 week course, meeting weekly on Thursday evenings at 7.35pm from 2 May 2019 to 6 June 2019.
This six week course teaches you the foundations of iRest Yoga Nidra as a meditative practice. This is a meditation course, not a movement class. In each class an aspect of the practice is discussed and explored, with the opportunity to tailor the practice to your own circumstances. Every week you will then be led through an iRest meditation practice.
During the course you will also receive, by email, a 25 minute full iRest Yoga Nidra practice and a number of short meditations.
The course is led by Tina Shettigara, who is a Certified iRest teacher. Tina is also available for individual consultation during which you may continue to explore iRest through co-meditation practices.
