This weekly practice invites us to let go and reconnect with the wholeness and well-being that are always present within us as aspects of our own nature.
We then weave this healing awareness of well-being into an exploration of our body, emotions and mind. This helps to free us from long-held emotional patterns and painfully limiting beliefs. We deeply relax into a sense of connection with all of life, and we cultivate an inner resource of well-being that we can bring into our daily experiences in the world.
Classes include the practice of mindfulness, pranayama, restorative yoga poses, and iRest yoga nidra meditation.

Ford has been teaching hatha yoga and meditation since 1990 and is a certified teacher of iRest yoga nidra. With a masters degree in Depth and Counseling Psychology, and as a registered MFT intern, his focus is the integration of "soul exploration" and nondual awareness into our daily lives and relationships.
