This weekly practice invites us to let go and discover the Wholeness and Well-Being that are always present within us as expressions of our own true nature.
Then we weave this healing Awareness of Well-Being into an exploration of our body, emotions and mind. This can help free us from long-held emotional patterns and painfully limiting beliefs.
Ultimately, the invitation is to recognize ourselves as deeply free and interconnected with all of life, and to cultivate an Inner Resource of Well-Being that we can bring into our experiences in the world..
Classes include the practice of mindfulness, pranayama, restorative yoga poses, and one-on-one exercises to ground us into Well-Being, both in relationship with ourselves and with others.
