iRest begins as a guided meditation that can make your own. It takes you on a journey of deeply healing relaxation, self inquiry, acceptance and invites you into your True Nature, pure unwavering Being. We practice this through the medium of movement, of breath and of quiet stillness. Each class evolves out of what students are needing at that time, each one is moulded to meet the needs of the moment.
We prepare the body/mind with mindful movement and conscious breathing practices. This awakens the senses and enlivens the energy body. iRest then takes us on an intimate exploration of ourselves. The closing discussions are wonderfully powerful.
