Fuyuko is a Certified iRest Senior Trainer and the Director of iRest Institute Australasia. She is a dedicated yoga and meditation teacher of more than two decades.

The retreat setting and offerings are designed to help you rediscover your True Nature. When we live in harmony with one’s True Nature it is like a wellspring that keeps nourishing.

This is a partial silent retreat. If you have never tried silence before, and are a little fearful of it, this is a great opportunity to try it for a few hours at a time in a very supportive environment under the guidance of experts.

We will lovingly be listening & attending to our Body, Breath, Mind, and Heart daily with timeless yogic teachings including BodySensing, BreathSensing, Hatha Yoga, iRest Yoga Nidra Meditation, walking meditation, simple inquiries and nourishing dialogue.

A wonderful bonus, we will have Sandy Walker offering yoga sessions too. Sandy is a very skilled yoga teacher of nearly two decades of experience currently completing iRest certification.
