Each Weekly Yoga Care Package includes a recorded 20-30 minute iRest Yoga Nidra practice, coupled with a 20-30 minute gentle Yoga Asana and breath practice to use at your convenience.
Class topics include: how to relieve tension and stress, to calm the mind, to sleep well, to enhance your immunity, to stop feeling at the mercy of your emotions, to stay optimistic, and feel grateful for the tiny blessings that are already here, containing your energy, optimising your habits for wellbeing, to set clear boundaries, to manage high empathy, and more.
Although this is undoubtably an incredibly difficult point in time, we have the power to respond to the situation we face. We can't necessarily stop the waves, but we can so to speak, 'learn to surf'.
