Teacher Resources Page
We invite you to bookmark and frequently visit the iRest Teacher Resources Page. This page is free for all iRest Teachers and provides you with everything you need to teach iRest! It is your go-to, online hub for promotional and marketing materials, teaching resources, instructions for posting your teacher profile to the iRest website, and so much more.
To access the iRest Teacher Resources Page, please first create a web account. Be sure to use the same email address that you gave to Yoga International (this will allow your web account to link up with your record in our database).

Advancing your professional iRest Meditation Practice
The next step towards mastering iRest Yoga Nidra Meditation is the iRest Level 2 Teacher Training. During the iRest Level 2 Training you will gain an advanced understanding of the theory and practice of iRest while honing your delivery of iRest to groups and individuals in both public and professional settings. Our Level 2 Trainings are offered all year round in timezones across the globe. To view our upcoming Level 2 Trainings, please view the carousel below. If you don't see any Level 2's at the moment, please check back! We're constantly scheduling more Level 2 Trainings.
iRest Certification Program
Having completed the iRest Level 1 Training you can now enroll in the iRest Certification Program. Certification is an intensive, professional level, at-home study program for those passionate about learning more. During certification you will work one-on-one with a dedicated Certification Supervisor to supplement the program’s in-depth study and practice. Some enter Certification to demonstrate they’ve obtained the highest level of iRest training and earn the designation of Certified iRest Teacher. Others enter Certification to master their own understanding and personal practice of iRest.
Because you’ve completed the iRest Level 1 Training, you are eligible to enroll at the discounted price of US $1,600 (regularly US $1,900). Remember, you can enter into the Certification Program any time after attending either a Level 1 or Level 2 Training, but your discount only applies for 3 weeks after receiving your Online Level 1 Training completion email from iRest Institute.

iRest For You
Having completed the Level 1 Training online, you may be interested in attending an in-person iRest event. We hold Workshops, Immersions, and Retreats all year round, all over the world for personal growth, experiential practice, and deep relaxation. The iRest events listed below are designed to help you, as an individual, experience deep healing and peace.
We also want to make sure that you have additional learning opportunities to deepen your knowledge and experience of iRest and meditation. Below you’ll find an audio practice, an online course, and a digital workshop hand-picked for students who have just completed the iRest Level 1 Training.
Learning Opportunities
Continuing Education Information
Continuing education (CE) is available for yoga teachers through Yoga Alliance, yoga therapists through the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT), and certain healthcare professionals (i.e. psychologists, California-licensed social workers, and registered nurses) through the Spiritual Competency Resource Center (SCRC).
Yoga Alliance: To obtain CE hours for Yoga Alliance, you may manually submit 20 CE hours through your Yoga Alliance teacher portal. Sign in to your account here: https://www.yogaalliance.org/SignIn
IAYT: To obtain CE hours for IAYT, reach out to us at events@irest.org to request a special approved professional development (APD) certificate for easy submission to IAYT.
SCRC: If you are interested in obtaining CE credits for another professional license, please carefully read our CE Guidelines here.
