Heidi Wuescher

Heidi is an iRest Level 1 Teacher in Training out of Cleveland, OH. She teaches a variety of yoga and mindfulness based group classes at Yoga Roots, a Cleveland Heights yoga studio, as well as private meditation and yoga sessions. In addition, she teaches trauma sensitive yoga and mindfulness to youth and adults, and adaptive yoga for several organizations including Fostering Hope and YogaReach. Heidi is experienced in working with a variety of populations including those with mobility challenges, special needs and emotional challenges. She is an e-500 RYT, Reiki Master, Pranayama and Meditation teacher.
