Careena is a Level 1 IRest Teacher and Masters qualified Psychotherapist and Counsellor with a special interest and experience in working with developmental trauma and chronic illness. She has had a personal meditation practice for several years and has a private practice in the Inner City of Sydney. She is experienced in working with individuals, couples and groups.
