Mayte Gomez

I am a 53-year-old Spanish-Canadian woman of Irish and Andalusian origin. In the past I have been a theatre artist and a university lecturer. I´m a yoga teacher, yoga therapist, meditation teacher and yoga nidra teacher. I also work as a humanist transpersonal psychotherapist. My practice is in the centre of the small town of Jerez, in the province of Cádiz, Spain. I can also work online. I am committed to my personal and spiritual development, and I am an active student in spiritual schools. My life is dedicated to be able to manifest as much as possible the qualities of my Soul, and to accompany others so that they can do the same.
