Diedre is a healthcare administrator specializing in care transformation, redesign, and strategic disruption. When not at her corporate job, she is nose deep in learning what the Eastern and Vedic instructional gifts can offer the body, mind, and soul. Diedre first came to hatha yoga as a graduate student seeking relief from stress and anxiety and yogic philosophy as an early careerist post-graduate school.

Diedre graduated Georgetown University School of Nursing & Health Studies with a Bachelor of Science in International Health Studies. She attended University of North Carolina School Gillings School of Public Health with a Master of Healthcare Administration.

A man must elevate himself by his own mind, not degrade himself. The mind is the friend of the conditioned soul, and his enemy as well (BG 6:6). As a lamp in a windless place does not waver, so the transcendentalist, whose mind is controlled, remains always steady in his meditation on the transcendent Self (BG 6:19).
