As a holistic nurse, and nurse coach I seek to bring the skills of iRest® yoga nidra to all those who seek to grow in their abilities to reduce stress and increase self care in their daily lives. My career has been as a bedside nurse and as a Clinical Nurse Director on an inpatient child and adolescent psychiatric unit. I have a passion to help support people in growing their inner wisdom for healing and wellness.
