ENGLISH
I have been practicing meditation, yoga, aikido since my teens. I came to the Kototama Principle over thirty years ago in a life-changing encounter that enabled me to become an energetics therapist .
The Kototama Principle was brought to the Western world by Nakazono Sensei, through a long line of ancestral transmission from its origins in Japan. It reveals that all our human capacities find their source in 50 vibrations which can be named and recognized by «ringing out», or speaking 50 phonemes or Source-Sounds.These 50 phonemes arise from the joining of five vowels with consonants.
After over thirty years of practice, my inner certainty is that they represent the 50 phonemes of the Logos, the origin of human languages and the contents of Spanda.
The Kototama 50 Source-Sounds co-exist in three different orders, each of which is the music of one of our three « I-perceivers ». For a quick definition of these " I-perceivers", we could say: one which has a limited material body, one with an edgeless body, and one that is centered at heart level.
« Ringing out » or speaking an order enables us to resonate with a perceiver and to balance its vibratory expression – and therefore its energy – like a musical instrument tuning itself. Also to realize its capacities, its way of perceiving the world and sensing the « objects” in it, as well as how the perceiver feels like when being in awareness.
It was a pure joy for me to discover the IRest practice and its origins in the ancient tradition of Yoga Nidra, and to experience Kototama and Irest as the meeting, heart to heart, of two great ancestral rivers, two paths of meditation leading to the Source in perfect complementarity.
I would be happy to welcome you in Paris and to share with you the practice of the Kototama Source Sounds, collective sessions of IRest/Yoga Nidra, or individual sessions of IRest co-meditation

FRANCAIS
