I practice various types of yoga and meditations approaches. Have studied in-depth eastern philosophies (with focus on Yoga and Advaita Vedanta) and keenly interested in Western as well. My practices involve Asanas, Pranayaam (Breathing exercises), Yoga Nidra and Meditations- Vipassana/Sattipatthana. I have been practicing various approaches since my childhood (don't remember, exactly when I got into this). And, I love to share it with community, friends and family with great care and passion. To do so I create short courses and roll out as needed both on: Theory and Practical Application. I believe that to derive the right results we should know the context and content and practice/apply it with right mindfulness.

I like writing poetry and articles with philosophical outlook. Planning to publish a book in near future with meditative flavor.

In my personal lifestyle I appreciate simplicity in attitude and propagate the same . I live in Sammamish with my parents, wife and two lovely kids.

Also, I am working full time in a large corporation on Management roles therefore I do understand the nature and causes of corporate bound stress and its sources. I can vouch for the tangible benefits of Yoga/meditations to tackle in modern life challenges. In true sense, Yoga/Meditation is much more than just eliminating the negativities of stressful life and truly, it is a map for self-discovery and authentic happiness.
