Hello! I am LMSW working with the military as a Victim Advocate. I have extensive experience supporting those with military sexual trauma, family resiliency, and leadership as a John Maxwell Certified Coach. In order to further serve the community I completed my yoga teacher training and am now a RYT 200 with iRest Level 1 and a Certified Warriors at Ease Instructor.
