Matthew Tofflemire

In 2016 I was diagnosed with PTSD , at this time IREST was introduced to me to help me heal and it worked. I am now a Level 1 IREST Teacher and look forward to sharing a practice that has impacted my life is such a positive way. I served 10 years in the Canadian Military with 2 tours to the Persian Gulf and 1 to Afghanistan. I also have service as a volunteer firefighter with the city of Halifax, NS and full time service with the city of Ottawa, ON. I am very grateful for this opportunity and look forward to any inquires.
