Sydney Leto

Sydney is a certified yoga teacher based out of Boulder,CO who has over 500 hours of training from the Yoga Garden San Francisco, including Cora Wen's Restorative Yoga Teacher Training, Sachi Doctor's Ayurveda Intensive, and RISE Yoga's Yoga for Teens Teacher Training. Inspired by the teachings of Richard Miller, in 2019 Sydney completed her Level 1 Teacher Training with iRest under Fuyuko Sawamura-Toyota in Sydney, Australia. After nearly a decade of study in San Francisco and cities around the world, Sydney is passionate about sharing her practice of movement and meditation as tools to help others realign, heal and identify how to lead their most inspired lives. Sydney offers group and private classes, workshops, and meditations that are accessible to all levels of experience.
