Ruta Kulys CYT, C-IAYT, LCSW is a Certified Yoga Therapist through the International Association of Yoga Therapists. A licensed psychotherapist as well as a yoga therapist, she has expertise in both Eastern and Western approaches to mental health. She works with clients looking to manage stress, build resilience and enrich their lives. Ruta has had a long-standing commitment to Women's Health. She offers Yoga Therapy for the various stages of a woman's life, including Yoga for Fertility and Prenatal Yoga.
