Cindi began practicing yoga and meditation in 1998, reiki in 2002, and yoga nidra in 2008 while navigating through an illness. The practice of yoga nidra has been an invaluable tool on the journey of healing. Cindi is an eternal student and so very grateful to be able to share the gifts of yoga, yoga nidra and reiki in class and in life. Cindi is a 500+ hour certified yoga therapist specializing in hatha yoga, yoga nidra, restorative yoga , mindful movement, mobility practices, gentle flow, breathing practices for mind and emotions, reiki, and meditation. Cindi has been volunteering for over 10 years at a local cancer support center sharing yoga nidra, yoga, reiki and meditation in groups and individual sessions. Cindi has also volunteered for a local oncology physician sharing yoga nidra for those touched with cancer and their families. Yoga, yoga nidra, reiki, and meditation expand and stretch not only the body but the mind. These classes support the journey of life by being aware and present, moment by moment with grace and ease.
