When I began practicing Yoga Nidra I noticed how much more relaxed and at ease I became in my day to day life. As I continued practicing I saw how my ability to handle stressors improved. I realized that Yoga Nidra is a simple practice that can change your life. I wanted to deepen my understanding and share this practice with others and began my experience with iRest. The iRest approach to Yoga Nidra provides an open accessible context for new as well as experienced Yoga Nidra students. It has given me a depth of knowledge about the practice and it’s origins. I love sharing iRest in group classes and one on one as a co-meditation dyads.
