Michael Regets received his 200 hour teaching certification in the Kundalini tradition as taught by Yogi Bhajan in 2002 and is an accredited Yoga Alliance teacher. He is a certified iRest teacher. He received his Ph.D. in clinical psychology at the California Institute of Integral Studies in 1990. He continues his work as a psychological consultant with Social Security Disability.
