Trained as a medical doctor in Venezuela (1992), Margaret has focused her career in the benefits of practicing yoga and meditation. She is a certified Integrative Restoration (iRest) Teacher, a certified practitioner of Yoga for the Special Child program (YSC) and Yoga Alliance UK RYS200, after completing 200 Hour Certifications for both Anusara Style and Ashtanga tradition. Margaret has followed an integral yoga education that she shares with her understanding in health, anatomy, physiology, neurosciences and nutrition. She currently study Pranayama following the classical technique of Kuvalyananda tradition.
She is passionate about the practice of Yoga Nidra, and She is running practices between UK and Venezuela, both at her home-studios and others yoga venues. Moreover, she presently contributes with social work at
Community Drug Service for South London (CDSSL), pairing her knowledge with abstinence-based structured drug and alcohol day programme and with the veterans at The Royal Hospital Chelsea.
