Dael has been practicing yoga since the 1960's and has been teaching yoga in Perth, Western Australia for 20 years. She is a Yoga Therapist with 5 years training, specialising in the healing approach of yoga as taught by TKV Desikachar. She teaches in Perth where she has small group classes. Her mentor is Barbara Brian of Agama Yoga Centre, Melbourne ( a student of TKV Desikachar). Through the years her yoga journey has encompassed many schools of yoga including Integral, Om Kara Kriya, Iyengar and Ashtanga and she has had many great teachers along the way. She came to Desikachar's teaching in 2001, and has continued in this path. She is a Level 3 member of YA (Yoga Australia); IAYT (International Association of Yoga Therapists) & iRest® Yoga Nidra Certified Teacher
