Siggi is a registered Yoga teacher since 2008. Found the love for Yoga Nidra iRest in 2013 and is certified iRest teacher since 2019.
Besides Yoga and Yoga Nidra iRest, Siggi is certified in Thai Yoga Massage since 2009 through Lotus Palm school in Canada and holds the 2. degree in Reiki in the Usui line.
