Kati was first introduced to yoga nidra while completing her 200 hour yoga teacher training. She was immediately struck by how powerful this practice was for creating a deep sense of relaxation and well being. Upon completing yoga teacher training, she knew she wanted to learn more about yoga nidra and specifically iRest. She feels a huge amount of gratitude for having this practice as a means of personal transformation, and for being able to share it with others.

In addition to being a yoga teacher, Kati is also a fitness coach specializing in strength training with kettlebells and barbells, as well as functional movement and corrective exercise.
