Tracy Wyatt

I am a Spinal Therapist, a Massage Therapist, Conflict Resolution Mentor, a Yoga Teacher and Yoga 12 Step Recovery Leader, and an iRest Level 2 teacher in training. I sold my commercial business in 2001, as I was suffering from stress, and I knew this was not how I wanted to live my life. This has lead me on a wonderful and sometimes scary journey. I am privileged in being able to support others to improve their own health and wellbeing. I love animals and the outdoors. I have horses and cats at home. I hold regular yoga classes. I am also available for 1 to 1 sessions, for physical issues, co meditation or iRest. I also run a regular spinal and massage therapy clinic.
