Yvette Lehmann

Yvette was born in Hungary and moved to Canada in 1992. Currently lives in Kamloops, British Columbia where she has been practicing yoga and meditation since 2001. Been teaching various styles of yoga as well as Yoga Nidra since 2010. Found and fell in love with iRest yoga Nidra and Richard Miller's teachings in 2014, taking Level1 training to be able to bring it to her students.
