I am a nurse for over 40 decades. I have encountered and being with many kinds of challenges; physical, psychological and spiritual both professionally and personally. I have experienced and applied many different therapeutic modalities effectively in my journey. What I am discovering with iRest since I began in 2016 is, how incredibly gentle, nonintrusive and self empowering tool it is and any one can learn this life long skill that you can access at a moments notice no matter your circumstance.
