I am passionate about working with those with PTSD, fibromyalgia, chronic pain, insomnia, stress and anxiety. I am a Certified iRest Teacher and  Level 2 Warriors at Ease teacher. I am available for one on one sessions at my small private small studio in the Western Suburbs of Perth or for groups at your home or corporate settings. Current and past clients include the Australian Defence Force, BHP Billiton and Arthritis WA.
