Julia Jarvis

Julia, E-RYT 200, grew up up in San Antonio, TX and discovered yoga while fulfilling her college kinesiology credit. Her love for personal practice developed into a love for teaching after her Hatha training at Yoga Yoga Austin. Since then she has gone on to focus her classes in a more therapeutic direction, teaching at rehab facilities and pursuing trainings in meditation, nutrition, and IRest Level 1 Teacher in Training.
