Tara Walker-Munroe

Tara holds a Bachelor of Arts in Dance from ASU and is also a RYT-500 and YTRx-500. She currently teaches Restorative, Yin, and Off the Wall yoga at Spirit of Yoga in Tempe, AZ.
She is in the Yoga Therapy Rx program at Loyola Marymount University and looks forward to becoming a C-IAYT. She loves guiding people through the process of self-care and sharing the healing benefits of yoga.
