Kerryn Story

Greetings! I’m a 21 year U.S. Army Veteran and military spouse currently living in the Fort Irwin, CA community.  I strongly believe in using a holistic approach for health, healing, and well-being which includes healthy eating, yoga, mindfulness and meditation, as well as physical activity. I’m happy to share iRest® at any Military, Veteran, or Yellow Ribbon events or programs in the area. I also serve as the Head of Military and Veteran Programs for iRest® Institute, so please feel free to reach out with any questions about training opportunities to support our military and veteran community.
