I am an iRest Teacher-in-Training in Chicago, IL. My work is primarily with high school students and adults. I recently completed a 2-year study on the effects of iRest Yoga Nidra on the self-esteem of adolescent girls, with positive results. Currently, my energy is devoted to starting a meditation program at the high school in which I teach and going to school for counseling. My dream is to bring therapy and meditation together for my clients. Sat Nam~
