Rebecca started experiencing the benefits of yoga for the first time in 2014. The physical and mental benefits made her so enthusiastic that she studied various types of yoga and started teaching yin and yang yoga in 2017. Through the years she has developed herself as a calm, clear and grounded teacher. Her passion for the practice of yoga nidra ignited when she attended the iRest® Level 1 training in 2017. Deepening her knowledge of this practice by having attended the Level 2 training in october 2019 and became a certified teacher in 2020. Hoping that through her teachings she can help other find rest and peace in this restless world. She is available for co-meditation (dyads), yoga nidra workshops and classes.
