Amanda Cowley

Hi, my name is Amanda and I live on the beautiful Sunshine Coast in Queensland, Australia. I’m a yoga teacher and level 2 iRest teacher in training. I’m also a Social Worker with experience in trauma counselling using somatic therapies and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. iRest is the best practice I have found for accessing the state of yoga, which is a healing state of feeling deeply connected with yourself and all of life. I love that I can offer that to others!
