Sarah Lloyd

Based in the UK, Sarah completed her iRest Certification in April 2019. She teaches on a weekly basis in Sussex and London and has assisted James Reeves with his iRest teacher trainings in London. Overall, she has found iRest to be transformative and is passionate about sharing this practice far and wide.
