Margit Thomsen

Margit has done Level 1 and 2 of teacher training. She has done her Level 1 Training with James Reeves in Oxfordshire, England in October 2017. In 2020 she did her Level 2 teacher training which James Reeves and Richard Miller.

Margit first met iRest Yoga Nidra in 2014 and has been practicing iRest Yoga Nidra since. Margit also practices yoga and is training to be a Childrens Yoga Teacher. It is Margits aspiration to teach iRest Yoga Nidra classes and also do individual sessions based on individual needs. Margit has a deep calling to be a part of opening the benefits of iRest Yoga Nidra in Denmark and Scandinavia in general. Margits background is in childcare and management.
